During the implementation of the project “Renovation of school health cabinets in Kedainiai and Anyksciai district municipalities” No. LT03-2-SAM-K01-002 (hereinafter – the Project), tools for hygienic skills development were purchased: menstrual cycle poster according to individual order; educational tools for improving mental health: educational dolls “I play feelings” 30 pcs., self-assessment poster “How I feel” 29 pcs., wall poster “Wheel of feelings” 29 pcs., good and bad behavior cards 29 pcs., Facial expression cards 29 pcs., puzzles “Emotion domino” 30 pcs., kinetic sand (kg) 9 pcs.
The total value of the purchased tools is EUR 12,505.62.
All received tools are distributed according to Annex 2 of the Project Agreement, tools are inventoried and transferred to school health cabinets.
On March 25, 2022, according to Kedainiai District Council decision No. TS-46 regarding decision of the Kedainiai District Municipal Council (30 April 2021) No. TS-96 “Regarding the approval of the general plan for the restructuring of the municipal school network of Kedainiai district 2021-2025”, the restructurization of the structure of the Kėdainiai adult and youth training center is being carried out. Since the 1st of September, 2023, the 9th and 10th grades have not been formed in Kedainiai Adult and Youth Training Center. The implementation of the second part of the basic education program for youth classes is discontinued.
Kedainiai adult and youth training center (type – gymnasium) will run adult basic education programs, an accredited secondary education program, non-formal education programs for children and adults, continuing professional education programs (licensed).
During the implementation of the project “Renovation of school health cabinets in Kedainiai and Anyksciai district municipalities” No. LT03-2-SAM-K01-002 the health care cabinets of the center was not repaired, the tools purchased with the project funds will be transferred to other educational institutions of the Kedainiai district municipality after coordination with the Central Project Management Agency of the Public Enterprise.
